Voetbal Vereniging Ruurlo was founded on April 1, 1932 and the club plays in the 3rd amateur division of the KNVB.
In the 2023/24 season, VV Ruurlo participated in the competition with 33 teams, 6 seniors, 3 veterans, 3 ladies, 8 juniors and 13 pupil teams. In addition, boys and girls aged 4 to 6 years are introduced to the sport of football in a playful way in the “football school”, where the fun of the game is of course paramount.
VV Ruurlo will participate in the tournament with an U21 team. Just like last year, when Ruurlo 1 had to play a league match against Saasveldia during the tournament, the team will also have a changing composition this time, because on Whitsun Monday Ruurlo 1 will play in the league a home match against VV Lemelerveld. This means that players from Ruurlo 1 will probably only be available on Saturdays, meaning that the team will mainly be composed of players from Ruurlo U19 throughout the tournament.
