Djurgården squad complete
Monday, 13 February 2012 21:10

On the website of Djurgårdens IF the club announces that the U19 squad that has to defend Djurgårdens colors in Juniorallsvenskan 2012 is basically complete.

Djurgårdens U19 have been training together since November. It is an interesting combination of players remaining in the team from last year and nine promoted players from the successful U17 squad.

Interesting is that the squad largely is made up of own players, 72% of the players in the squad have played before in Djurgården's U17 team and many have been in Djurgården far longer than that. The squad will be supplemented by a goalkeeper and a field players.

Following three players came from other clubs: Frederick Espling from Glasgow Rangers, Napoleon Bergström from Hammarby IF and Oliver Powers from IFK Lidingö.
